As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team by executing daily opening and closing procedures while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Model exemplary customer service and sales techniques, inspiring the team to foster positive customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Assist the management team in executing merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages shopping.
  • Handle register operations while leveraging your sales, promotional, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
  • Take charge of all store operations in the absence of store management, acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in specialty or apparel retail management, ideally in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of leading teams to success and achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Retail and fashion are ever-evolving, so adaptability and the ability to respond to various situations, challenges, and work schedules are key to your success.
  • A keen interest in fashion trends and a commitment to staying informed about current styles.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Capability to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in reaching for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other retrieval tools.
