Inside Sales Coordinator

Overview:
The Service department is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Support Specialist who prioritizes exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
- Generate accurate quotations for deficiencies, system enhancements, and customer requests while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely entry of all orders.
- Foster and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Assess customer status and credit limits regularly.
- Verify that customer details align with purchase orders and provided quotes.
- Accurately enter orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to manage part orders, ensuring equipment is prepared for collection.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life safety product features, including competitor offerings, relevant legislation, and industry regulations.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and meetings related to product and service marketing.
- Support Sales Representatives in lead generation and management focused on sales and designated customer accounts.
- Assist Sales Representatives in expediting orders, projects, and various requests.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate onsite meetings for Sales Representatives.
- Provide customers with product and technical information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred; background in fire alarm, security, or electrical sectors is advantageous.
- Post-secondary education is required.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), are beneficial.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism in handling confidential information.
