Inside Sales Support Professional

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in Maple Ridge. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Quotations and Order Management: Provide accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring compliance with company pricing guidelines.
- Sales Order Entry: Enter sales orders efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Credit Limit and Customer Information Management: Review customer credit limits and ensure accurate information is maintained, matching POs and quotes provided.
- Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment and supplies.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on life safety product features, legislation, and regulations, providing expert advice to customers.
- Trade Show and Event Attendance: Represent Mircom at trade shows, seminars, and meetings, promoting our products and services.
- Lead Generation and Sales Support: Assist Sales Representatives in generating leads and managing customer accounts, focusing on sales and growth opportunities.
- General Office Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling onsite meetings and providing product information to customers.
- Experience: 1-3 years of similar working experience, preferably in the fire alarm, security, or electrical industry.
- Education: Post-secondary education.
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer Service and Communication: Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
