Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team at 1205084 BC LTD. This role is essential in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a sales supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize financial transactions, including payments.
  • Manage inventory and order products as needed.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
Team Management

Supervision of a team comprising 5 to 10 individuals.
