Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
    • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful process.
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures related to financial management.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records.
    • Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Answer electronic enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Travel and Logistics
    • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
