Restaurant Operations Manager

Food Dudes Restaurant Group Inc. is searching for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diverse restaurant locations.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning while maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities will encompass financial management, staff supervision, customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage budgets for food, supplies, and labor costs, analyzing financial performance and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
- Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members across various departments, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing for food and other essential supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
