Temp-to-Perm Financial Controller
Our client is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Financial Controller to become an integral part of their organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Reporting directly to the President, the Financial Controller will oversee the complete accounting cycle for their division, including detailed job costing analysis. Your success will be defined by your ability to:·
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting and job costing evaluations
  • Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams
  • Conduct corporate accounting reconciliations and manage month-end closing tasks
  • Implement process enhancements, engage in special projects, and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed. Experience with ERP system/module implementation is a plus.
