Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at INDER SANDHU ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet business needs.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, time management, efficiency, hardworking, quick learner.
