Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing full cycle project accounting, including monthly reporting, budgets, and variance analysis. Your expertise in GL management and controls, forecasting, and project cost accounting and analysis will drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of accountants to complete full cycle project accounting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • Previous leadership experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and construction industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
