About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at INDER SANDHU ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC. as a Bookkeeping Specialist. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Software Management: Manage and maintain our accounting software, including QuickBooks, to ensure accurate and efficient financial record keeping.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Reconcile accounts, analyze financial data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
