About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Digital Management Administrator to join our team at AGF Group. As a key member of our project initiation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

As a Project Digital Management Administrator, you will be responsible for creating new projects in our integrated Oracle system, gathering necessary information for project establishment, and ensuring digital contracts comply with legal documents. You will also reconcile quantities and amounts between estimates and total contract values, establish billing rates and revenue for each task, and assist employees with the use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new projects in the integrated Oracle system

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration or relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the construction field
  • Good knowledge of an ERP system
  • Good understanding of sales, contract management, and invoicing
  • Passion for information systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
