Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administration Officer to join our team at YuSheng Immigration Law Firm. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our project management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Task Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel effectively.
  • Work Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budget Assistance: Aid in the preparation of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to new staff members.
  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Budget Control: Plan and manage budget and expenditures efficiently.
Supervision

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
Experience Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
