Project Manager - Construction Contract Administration

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Construction Contract Administration team on major infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the contract administration team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Lead and manage a team of contract administrators to ensure effective contract administration and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on contract administration.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of contract administrators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
