Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Canadian Project Management team throughout the Connex Implementation phase. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in documentation and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions/meetings/follow-up sessions, including preparing agendas, coordinating business pillar schedules, and sending meeting minutes.
  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions for end-users on the CRM platform, including support scheduling sessions specific to Canada.
  • Maintain project-related documentation for internal business units, including department deliverables and follow-up items.
  • Review and edit (as needed) all project documentation provided by the Korea Project team to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Hyundai Auto Canada (HAC) Internal Communication Support:
  • Support on project-related inquiries and coordinate communication between the Canada PMO team and business units.
  • Distribute project updates and relevant information to stakeholders as directed by the Canada PMO.
  • Gather Business Pillar confirmations of UAT test cases and feedback/gaps that need to be addressed by the Project Team. Accurately document.
  • Identify and analyze concerns raised by business units that may be complex in nature, escalate to necessary stakeholders in a timely manner, and guide resolutions to those impacted while accurately documenting necessary details.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in administrative support roles (preferably within a project management or CRM implementation context, but not a must).
  • Completion of a secondary school diploma, college, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
