About the Role
As a key member of our Information Technology team, you will engage in the technical configuration, development, and maintenance of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your role will involve:
- Building and sustaining solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to support future data-driven personalization and omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to enhance functionality within our digital systems.
- Identifying and implementing internal process improvements, including automation of manual tasks and optimizing data delivery.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a developer or consultant.
- Experience managing business relationships with global marketing teams to achieve strategic objectives regarding data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in data flow management, GCP, and API administration.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a collaborative approach.
- Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Understanding of ETL processes.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Awareness of privacy regulations affecting customer data management.
