Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in our Information Technology team, focusing on the technical aspects of our digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical configuration, development, and maintenance of Customer Data Platform (CDP) functionalities, including data ingestion and timeline queries.
- Develop and sustain solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to fulfill evolving data-driven personalization and omnichannel requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to enhance the functionality of our digital systems.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements, including automation of manual tasks and optimization of data delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a developer or consultant.
- Proven ability to manage business relationships with global marketing teams to support strategic objectives.
- Experience with data flow, GCP, and API management.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Understanding of ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Awareness of privacy regulations impacting customer data management.
