Marketing Cloud Architect

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading technical requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud across various projects
* Serving as the expert and lead marketing cloud architect for end-to-end customer experience and marketing solutions
* Partnering with digital marketing, analytics, and business teams to develop multi-channel campaigns, integrate relevant customer data, and drive campaign creation, execution, and reporting
* Developing marketing automation capabilities to support user adoption, engagement, and defining KPIs, and performing data analysis and modeling to enhance audience targeting
* Researching and recommending new digital marketing technologies to advance capabilities in data acquisition, digital marketing, and marketing analytics
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
* Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with minimum of 4 years of implementation and support experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM / Marketing Automation experience including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Advertising Studio, and Mobile Studio
* Minimum of 2 years data integration development experience
* Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to lead project implementations and backlogs
* Strong verbal and written communication, customer relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills
