About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our Digital IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining platform architecture across our global digital landscape to ensure scalable solutions across our martech, adtech, and ecomm tech stacks.

You will work closely with our business leaders, product managers, technology leads, and domain experts to create, deliver, and refine innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end customer experience and marketing solutions
  • Take a future-proof approach to the full solutioning process, including ideation, discovery, and build
  • Continuously review our tech stacks against new market needs to find opportunities to optimize, drive cost efficiencies, and performance
  • Partner with our central Enterprise Architecture team to define and govern standards for our digital ecosystem
  • Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing digital and data solutions
  • Track record of shaping successful business development of digital and other front-office business transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with martech/marketing data technologies and ability to integrate technologies into solutions and strategies
  • Experience with public cloud offerings and solution designs that are built around these functional technologies areas: cloud compute, data storage, pub/sub, and workflow orchestration
  • Understanding of API solutions, back-end development toolsets, and basic security considerations for digital ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and business teams, build strong relationships, deliver feedback, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with API solutions and back-end development toolsets, modern frontend frameworks, and exposure to MACH principles
  • Understanding and experience with ETL tools and methodologies, digital commerce solutions, and data management platforms
  • Exposure to customer data, advanced analytics, and machine learning
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
