Sales Director and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director and Business Development Lead to join our team at Jacobson & Greiner Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through customer experience initiatives, strategic directives, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce revenue for the franchise through the sale of season ticket plans, mini packs, flex options, and premium seating group plans, as well as individual tickets.
- Engage in customer experience initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve current ventures and conduct risk assessments, strategic analysis, and initiate new ventures in alignment with our company's strategic direction.
- Manage customer database and create new strategies to develop communication with our customers.
- Work directly with the box office to ensure business operations initiatives are executed.
- Report weekly sales revenue and venture reports to management.
- Create and implement fan surveys, hosting fan functions, and special events.
- Game day duties as assigned.
- Build and maintain good professional relationships with staff, management, customers, and corporate partners.
- Adhere to and comply with company, industry, and provincial policies/legislation.
- Work in collaboration with the business operations, hockey operations division, and J&G Group centralized services team for day-to-day operations.
- College level education in sales, marketing, or sports industry.
- Volume sales experience and database sales management is an asset.
- Experience with customer relationship software.
- Sales experience in other business environments is also an asset.
- Accountable and takes responsibility/ownership for feedback on self-performance from customers and management.
