Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SB 2 Enterprise Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
