About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at AYN Immigration Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person
    • Provide clear and concise information to customers
    • Listen actively to customer concerns and respond accordingly
  • Problem-Solving
    • Analyze customer issues and provide solutions
    • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
    • Document customer interactions and issues
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals
    • Provide support and guidance to colleagues as needed
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
