As a Sales Supervisor at GS GRANITE OUTLET LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
You will be working in a dynamic retail business that demands a fast-paced approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales personnel and ensure efficient operations.
- Authorize merchandise returns and manage customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement work schedules for the sales team.
- Engage in direct sales and assist customers with their purchases.
- Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance and staffing.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues.
- Maintain organized inventory and oversee stock management.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
