Position Title:
Program Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily functions of outreach initiatives
  • Formulate, execute, and assess objectives, guidelines, and protocols
  • Organize, oversee, and appraise team members
  • Offer direction, training, and assistance to personnel
  • Aid in the recruitment and selection of team members
  • Design and implement personalized support strategies
  • Collaborate with team, families, and community partners
  • Engage in case discussions and management
  • Lead team meetings and training sessions
  • Supervise and allocate financial resources within budgetary constraints
  • Maintain records for financial planning
  • Connect with the community and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in administration and supervision
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word applications
  • Competent in financial management
  • Ability to handle multiple programs under challenging conditions
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend responsibilities may be necessary
  • Participation in on-call rotation is expected
