Position Overview:

We are expanding our Finance team and seeking a Sales Revenue Analyst to play a pivotal role in our operations.

The Sales Revenue Analyst will serve as a vital collaborator with the Sales team, delivering essential insights that drive revenue enhancement and optimization. This position utilizes advanced analytical techniques and problem-solving abilities to reveal actionable intelligence that aids in strategic decision-making and supports the fulfillment of organizational goals. The primary objective is to improve sales effectiveness and profitability through data-informed insights, focusing on the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of precise and timely revenue reports.

Work Environment: We operate as a remote-first organization, welcoming candidates from various locations across the US or Canada (excluding Quebec) within the PST - EST time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Objective: Create, sustain, and circulate precise and timely revenue reports to bolster sales operations and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership on analyses that foster enterprise growth.
  • Performance Expectations:
    • Deliver prompt and actionable insights through customized analyses to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Empower Sales leadership with the necessary visibility to expand the sales team and achieve acquisition targets.

  • Business Acumen: Leverage knowledge of SaaS metrics to refine revenue reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or revenue operations, preferably within the SaaS sector.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced skills in Excel/spreadsheets (including pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, and analysis).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong capability to extract, manipulate, and analyze extensive datasets.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM reporting.
  • SQL knowledge is advantageous.
