**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Executive to join our team at Vancouver Arena LP - Arena FT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to maximize ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new revenue streams and product innovation
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multiple direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement service excellence initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement segmented marketing efforts and single-game sales initiatives
  • Report sales results and forecasts to leadership on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years' leadership experience at a senior level in a high-energy sales and service environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing highly effective sales strategies without losing focus on premium service
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
