Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Lacombe Motor Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency. The work environment is hotel/motel/resort setting, with a 30 to 44 hour workweek.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
