About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Lacombe Motor Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our front desk and housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain the operation of our computer systems and equipment.
  • Train and develop our staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of our motel, ensuring a high standard of quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require attention to detail.
