Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the motel, including the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
    • Manage the requisitioning of materials and supplies, ensuring that the motel is well-stocked and that any issues are addressed promptly.
    • Coordinate and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the motel's operations and increase revenue.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hotel, motel, or resort industry.
