About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Lacombe Motor Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-44 hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
