Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Canpro Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Operations
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
