Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
