Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
