The best thing about working with us is that you can enjoy so many different activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, rafting, biking in summer, and then switch to skiing, ice skating, ice climbing in winter. The full mountain experience guaranteed while working in the newest hostel in the HI Canada network (including brand-new subsidized staff housing). The little extra? You will be able to visit all the HI hostels around (Lake Louise - Banff - Whistler - etc.) too during your weekends as you will get free stays in any HI hostels

What you will be doing as a Front Desk Agent**:
Front Desk Agents are the face of HI, welcoming our travelers from all over the world and providing excellent customer service. Ensuring guest pleasure is the most important in this role by meeting guests’ needs and informing them on our local activities accompanied by your best tips on the surrounding area.

Shift schedules and rotations that maximize your ability to get out and explore. Need two days to get out into the wilderness? We’ll make it happen.
