About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Channel Sales team in Canada. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining existing client relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Monitor and improve sales process quality and consistency
  • Implement enabling technologies to support sales teams
  • Provide input to senior leadership on sales incentive compensation programs
  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • Proficient in English communication skills, bilingualism (French) is an asset
  • Personal computer proficiency
