Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
