Part-Time Server Opportunity at Highwayman Pub

At Otter Co-op, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Server to join our team at the Highwayman Pub in Abbotsford, BC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless service, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and meet customer needs.
  • Operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the team in upholding our Core Company Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.
Requirements:
  • Previous serving experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of beer and wine pairings is a plus.
  • Valid Serving It Right Certificate is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to a SAFE working environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
