Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of Highwayman Pub in Abbotsford. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a commitment to maintaining high standards within our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all aspects of pub operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and server staff to maintain consistent food quality and service excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage costs effectively, and contribute to the overall profitability of the pub.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
