Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Wealth Sales and Service team at BMO. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service, support advisory teams with day-to-day administration, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including website and social media initiatives, to support advisory teams.
  • Schedule and prepare client portfolio reviews, including setting up client calls and meetings.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, account maintenance, and new account set-ups.
  • Resolve client complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process client-initiated trades and provide stock information as requested.
  • Generate reports and documents for IAs and clients as needed.
  • Maintain and organize client database and files.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing assets and notify IAs of required actions.
  • Administer and process documentation related to client files and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field.
  • Knowledge of investment process and procedures.
  • Knowledge of compliance practices and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
