About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of grounds maintenance and landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of landscape construction workers and grounds maintenance staff
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Contract Administration and Procurement
    • Administer contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are being executed in accordance with company standards and quality expectations
    • Identify and address any quality control issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week
