Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and perform other duties as required, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including fast-paced environments and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
