Food Service Team Lead

Enterprise One Food Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to management.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that all tasks are completed on time.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
