Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 21 Century Food Ltd. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Staff ActivitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other areas of responsibility.
Ensure Quality and Customer ServiceEnsure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
Supervise Tray AssemblySupervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to our high standards.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
