Key Responsibilities:- Effectively articulate the unique features, advantages, fabric characteristics, usage, and optimal care guidelines of our products.
- Contribute to achieving daily sales objectives within the shop.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of stock availability both on the sales floor and in storage areas.
- Ensure the shop is visually appealing, with merchandise organized and adequately stocked, while keeping the environment clean and inviting.
- Handle stock deliveries from the warehouse, which may involve unpacking, counting, tagging, folding, sizing, and organizing items in designated areas.
- Assist with restocking and pricing tasks, including preparations for sales events.
- Return items from fitting rooms to their correct locations, ensuring they are properly sized and tagged.
- Prepare merchandise for tailoring or alterations as necessary, completing required documentation.
- Fulfill assigned cleaning duties as needed.
- Utilize the Point of Sale system to process transactions, refunds, exchanges, and gift card issuance.
- Engage in staff training and participate in showroom events as scheduled.
