As a cultural specialist, you will contribute to the creation of culturally responsive and inclusive applications that reflect the values and traditions of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit communities.


This role offers an opportunity to work with a renowned financial institution and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that promote Indigenous cultural awareness and understanding.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers to develop culturally responsive assessment questions
  • Contribute to the creation of inclusive applications that reflect the values and traditions of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit communities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that promote Indigenous cultural awareness and understanding

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and traditions
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
