Cheese Production Specialist

At Chinook Cheese Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Cheese Production Specialist to join our team. As a Cheese Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, performing corrective machine adjustments, and recording production information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to process and package food products
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments
  • Record production information
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Maintain shift log of production and other data
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
  • Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards

Work Environment:

The Cheese Production Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. Public transportation is available for those who need it.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train or equivalent experience
  • Team player

Working Conditions:

The Cheese Production Specialist will work in a food processing plant with a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
