Job Title: Office Administrator

MFR Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and systems
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Train and supervise staff as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
