About the Role

FV Interior Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to meet sales targets and customer demand.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that our sales team is equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
