- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer demand and align with company goals.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that balance revenue goals with customer needs.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and expertise.
- Payroll and Performance Management: Oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
