We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at ACC Gold and Diamond Jewellers Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in supervising and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Work with the Store Manager to determine the most effective merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist the Store Manager in planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
