Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Manager at ABBY FLYING FASHION LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Direct and manage the daily activities of the store to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess daily performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize and plan daily tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, assigning specific duties to optimize performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer demand and competitive landscape.
  • Product Selection: Determine the range of merchandise and services to be offered.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Financial Oversight: Plan budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
  • Staffing Needs: Assess and determine staffing requirements to meet operational goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Supervise both office and volunteer staff to foster a collaborative environment.
Supervisory Role

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail management role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This position is based in a fabric store setting, where you will engage with customers and staff alike.
