We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead the strategy and innovation for our Meals and Culinary brands at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Marketing Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a three-year pipeline of innovation that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for our Meals and Culinary brands, aligning with PepsiCo's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and innovations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels and drive growth.
  • Coach and develop a marketing team of 3, while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Play a key role on the PFC MLT (Marketing Leadership Team), PFC ILT (Innovation Leadership Team), and Growth Council.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate/Graduate Degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in CPG and/or relevant industry
